Videostrong will provide product training to help customers master product use as soon as possible.


Warranty Period

Most of Videostrong's products come with a 12-month warranty and are responsible for repairs and associated costs. (Including software and hardware failures under normal use. Unnatural failures or damages caused by human factors are not included)


Paid Service

After the warranty period is exceeded, we can continue to provide paid maintenance services to customers, and the maintenance cost and period will be determined by both parties through negotiation depending on the specific situation.
