Product Definition & Industrial Design

We start with the market, not the mechanics. Together we define target users, feature priorities, price positioning and competitive differentiation. Our industrial design team then delivers appearance concepts, CMF proposals, ergonomic studies and 3D renderings — followed by structural and mechanical engineering that is manufacturable from day one, not redesigned after tooling.
Embedded Hardware Engineering

Custom mainboard design built around your feature set and cost target. We handle schematic and PCB layout, SoC and NPU platform selection, sensor and camera integration, mic array tuning, motor and servo driver design, battery and power management, plus thermal and EMC design. Our board-level experience across A311D2, S905D3 and comparable AI platforms means fewer respins and faster validation.
AI & LLM Integration

This is where a device becomes a companion. We integrate GPT and large language model conversation, ASR and TTS voice pipelines, far-field wake-word detection, computer vision (face, pet, posture, gesture recognition), multimodal interaction and emotional response logic. Models can run on-device at the edge, in the cloud, or in a hybrid architecture tuned to your latency, privacy and BOM constraints.
Robotics Algorithm Development

Movement is what separates a convincing companion robot from a toy. Our algorithm team develops autonomous navigation and SLAM, obstacle avoidance and cliff detection, path planning, auto-return-to-charge, target following and precision motion control that produces smooth, natural, lifelike movement rather than mechanical jerking.
Cloud Platform & Companion App

Hardware alone isn't a product anymore. We build scalable cloud infrastructure, device management and OTA update systems, video streaming and two-way calling, data analytics dashboards, plus white-label iOS and Android companion apps under your brand — with account systems, push notifications and multi-language support.
Mass Production & Global Delivery

Prototype-to-production is where most projects fail. We run pilot builds, full EVT/DVT/PVT validation, reliability and environmental testing, and manage certification including CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA and Google certification where applicable. Production runs through our quality management system with full traceability, followed by packaging design, logistics and after-sales technical support.
