A: MOQ depends on how deep the customisation goes. For pilot orders and market-validation batches we can often work below standard MOQ — send us your volume and we will give you a straight answer.

Q: How long does it take to get a sample?

A: Standard F10S samples ship within 15 working days. Samples with cosmetic customisation such as colour or logo take 30 working days. If your project needs new tooling, the first functional sample follows the tooling cycle of roughly 6-10 weeks. We recommend uating a standard sample first to confirm the platform fits, then moving to a customised sample.

Q: Can we change only the housing without redesigning the mainboard?

A: Yes, and this is the most cost-effective route for most customers. The mainboard, motion system and sensor layout stay as validated, while you change the housing form, colour, material and finish. Because the electrical and structural interfaces are unchanged, you skip a full re-certification cycle and cut both development time and risk substantially.

Q: Which languages does the voice interaction support?

A: Additional languages can be added through voice-pack development, and the wake word can be customised to your brand name. Because the conversational layer runs on an LLM, language coverage is largely determined by your chosen model provider rather than by the hardware — so most major markets are reachable.

Q: Can we use our own app instead of the Tuya app?

A: Yes. Three routes are available: publish a white-label app under your own developer account with your UI and branding; integrate F10S into an app you already operate via our SDK; or start from the standard Tuya Smart App for fastest time to market. Most brand customers choose the white-label route to keep ownership of the user relationship and the data.

Q: Can we connect our own LLM or AI provider?

A: Yes. The conversational and interaction layer is provider-agnostic. We can integrate GPT, other commercial LLM APIs, or a model you host yourself. Voice recognition, computer vision and emotion-engine modules can likewise be swapped or tuned. If you have an existing AI stack, we will connect F10S to it rather than asking you to adopt ours.
